Cordeiro's Bar and Grill brings modern sophistication and an old-world elegance. Blending a classic Steakhouse Menu with a fresh farm to table approach, Executive Chef Marcos Uribe insists on using only the freshest and highest quality of ingredients.
From certified Angus Beef, aged 14 days, to sustainable seafood and Snake River Kurobuta Pork Chop, guests will immediately notice the care that goes into each and every dish. The Mesquite Grill and Brick Oven adds versatility to the extensive menu, which consists of Oysters Rockefeller, Duck Confit Flatbread, Table Side Caesar Salad, Wood Oven Roasted Beet Salad, Ora King Salmon to name a few. Food and service both very good. It was our anniversary and they brought out all the stops. Special dessert, after dinner drinks, etc. My ONLY complaint is they sat us in the very back room, which was obviously the private dining or event room. It was very brightly lit like a hospital, and they seated us next to a large party with loud misbehaved children. In a nearly empty restaurant. Our reservation was made months in advance, we dined right after opening time (hence nearly empty) and we walked past many more desirable tables. I will go here again, but will request table in main dining room, which had great ambiance.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The food was amazing, the service was perfect, and the overall experience was memorable. We told them we were celebrating and they had a complementary fondue, cake, drink, and truffles for us! If you are looking for a place to celebrate something special or for an elevated meal, this is the place to go.

This is what it means about Elegant Dining. There isn't someone rushing you for your table. The service is excellent as was the food. This is where they still bring you bread and aperitif, tables have tablecloths and someone to fill your water before you have to ask. Set aside some time to put away your life, have some good conversation, relax and let someone wait on you.

They are super accommodating. We were seated next to a group that was very loud and without us even asking they moved us to another lovely table mid service. Service and food was amazing. Management is totally focused on their clients. We will be back.

Delicious. Filet was cooked perfect, like butter. Jumbo prawns were very good. Service was incredible. Complimentary fruit with chocolate fondue and complimentary desert shots. Definitely will be coming back.
